A source, calculation, or conclusion can be wrong. We want material errors to be reported, checked, and explained clearly to readers.
Correction intake is not yet open

What happens after intake opens
The editor will assess reported factual, calculation, attribution, and interpretation errors against the cited sources. A material correction will be recorded with what changed, why, when, and who approved the change. If the issue affects the conclusion, the page may be held from indexing while it is reviewed.
When a monitored address and response policy are ready, this page will show how to submit a report and what information to include. We do not promise a response time before that channel is operating.
